I placed my first order with DoorDash last night. Three of the items I ordered were not delivered. All three were the same type of dessert. I have a copy of the order pickup receipt showing they were not included in the order that was picked up. However, I was charged over $25 for the items by DoorDash. without getting in to if i agree with it or not, your service fees and dashpass does not pay for missing items. The ToS that you agreed to(the thing that no one reads) states that DD is not a delivery service. they are nothing but a platform facilitating a transaction between the user, restaurant and driver. when you place an order, you are paying the restaurant and not DD.
